For an elegant, traditional meal, enjoy her on a bed of arugula with mashed potatoes and cream gravy. Served this way, she's been mistaken for a chicken-fried steak by a true Texan. As the most "burgerlike" of our offerings, she's also great served the classic way in a bun with all the trimmings.
